1. What are the maximum and minimum number of entries allowed in the handicappers?
A maximum of fourteen entries and a minimum of five. In both the past performance and entries modules there is an entry named "zzend". This entry is necessary for program operation and must not be deleted, revised or changed in any way. The data for this entry has no impact on the race predictions.

2. Why should I use lower case for all text entries?
It is not necessary to use lower case. However, the search engine is case sensitive. For example, if you enter "Seattle Slew" one time, then enter "Seattle slew" another time, the program will mark them as another named entry and store accordingly. It is always better to use lower case
throughout.

3. When I select View Predictions, I get an error message that says something like, "INPUT PAST END ................" and predictions are not displayed.
Chances are you did not clear the entries module before handicapping a new race, or you have entered more than 14 entries. Remember, entry
"zzend" is always a #15 entry and should not be deleted or changed in any way.
